First Choice DJ is a professional entertainment service located in the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities. They offer DJ services for a wide variety of events, but have become known as the premier DJ service in this area for weddings.

DJ Lou Ruiz came to me to put together a web site that would not only introduce and showcase the business, but would also provide customers with a means to request a booking date, and to view a list of several thousand songs that are in their repertoire.

This site is validates under W3C standards for XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS 2.1. The site architecture is PHP and MySQL, and includes a selectable song list, an availability calendar from which a client can request a booking date, and a backend admin system that the customer can use to manage his bookings. The site structure is modular, making efficient use of functions and content blocks.
