Japan-Days.info is a site that I put together primarily for the personal enjoyment by my wife and myself.

It is a collection of stories and pictures from our trips to Japan as well as my stay there during my military service during the 1970's.

I do hope that anyone who plan to visit, especially members and dependents of members of the U.S. Armed Forces, will find this site and find it to be of some help in making their visit to or stay in Japan a good experience.

The site runs on a PHP/MySQL backend that constructs the pages from fixed data as well as from dynamically generated data. The template markup and CSS is very versatile, and uses function calls to bring various modules to the page. All markup and CSS validate under W3C standards for XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS 2.1.
