This is an good example of a simple custom website for a small business.

I designed this site to validate, using the W3C standards for XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS, in order to insure optimum interoperability between browsers as well as to assure maximum longevity of the basic site coding structure.

The site was custom designed for Larianne Richards, a professional foreclosure aid consultant in the Iowa - Illinois Quad Cities, in order to assist her in presenting her business on the internet, and in order for potential clients to be able to contact her via a response form.

The site structure is very modular. I use PHP to assemble the pages from common and variable components; this will make it easier to add new pages/features. All style elements are in CSS, which will make styling changes easy to implement if the customer wishes to do so in the future.
